Processing & Shipping Times

Many of our items are specialty, handmade, custom, or sourced in limited quantities and may require additional processing time before shipment.

Any processing, shipping, or delivery dates shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During periods of high order volume, new releases, holidays, weekends, or unexpected supplier/carrier delays, orders may take longer than the original estimated timeframe.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Items are shipped as they become available rather than holding your entire order until every item is ready.

You may receive separate tracking information for each package. Receiving only part of your order does not mean the remaining items are missing or canceled.

Tracking Information

Once a package has been prepared for shipment, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update after a tracking number is created.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit and delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipping.

Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided with the order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all shipping and delivery dates are estimates, delays may occasionally occur, and items within the same order may ship separately.
