Products may be available in limited quantities and may sell out without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, correct errors, or update product information and pricing at any time.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or misuse of our website.

2. Upcycled Products & Designer Materials

Certain products offered on our website are described as upcycled. Upcycled products are independently created or reconstructed items that may incorporate repurposed materials or components.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these products are not manufactured, authorized, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by, and are not affiliated with, any designer or name brand whose trademarks, logos, patterns, or materials may appear on an item.

Any designer or brand names referenced in a product listing are used only when necessary to describe or identify materials or components associated with the product and are not intended to suggest brand affiliation or endorsement.

An upcycled item should not be interpreted as an original finished product manufactured by the referenced designer brand.

3. Product Variations

Because some of our products are handmade, upcycled, reconstructed, embellished, or produced in limited batches, variations are normal and expected.

Placement of patterns, hardware, stitching, distressing, coloring, embellishments, and other details may vary from the photographs shown.

These variations are part of the individual character of specialty and upcycled merchandise and are not necessarily considered defects.

4. Product Photos & Colors

We make every reasonable effort to represent our merchandise accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device being used.

Product photographs may represent the overall style of an item, and minor details may vary between individual pieces.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate pricing, promotions, discounts, or product information.

If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact the customer regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected item when appropriate.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and processing timeframes displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled in separate shipments as individual items become available.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, supplier delays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

7. Returns & Store Credit

Returns are governed by our posted Return Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, approved returns are eligible for store credit rather than cash refunds, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must meet the eligibility requirements contained in our Return Policy before store credit will be issued.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after purchase.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean the order has been canceled. An order is considered canceled only after confirmation from us.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly after delivery.

If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information along with photographs when requested.

We reserve the right to request that merchandise be returned before providing an appropriate resolution.

11. Resale of Merchandise

If merchandise purchased from us is resold by another retailer, reseller, boutique, or individual, that seller is responsible for accurately representing the merchandise to their own customers and complying with applicable laws and marketplace requirements.

Our product descriptions, photographs, or information should not be altered in a way that falsely represents the origin, authenticity, affiliation, composition, or characteristics of a product.
